Daily Practice: A Free Mindfulness Workshop for Classroom and Community Leaders

The Mindfulness and Positivity Project invites you to join us for a free meal and interactive session to explore our digital lessons, learn the science of mindfulness, and practice tools you can use right away in schools, workplaces, and community settings. In just one hour, you’ll:

  • Learn the science behind mindfulness and positive psychology

  • Practice simple, guided mindfulness techniques

  • Discover practical ways to integrate these tools into your school or team

  • Connect with others interested in supporting community well-being
