Digital Lessons for the Classroom
Our Digital Lessons give teachers and students the tools to enhance their well-being together, in 5 minutes or less.
After years training educators in evidence-based mindfulness and positive psychology practices, we’re responding to their request to bring the benefits of our programming directly to the classroom. Our 48-lesson video curriculum provides teachers grab-and-go lessons on the science of mindfulness, guided meditations, and daily gratitude prompts. We offer the following age-specific curricula:
Early Elementary
These lessons use simple language, vivid metaphors, and age-appropriate meditations to introduce gratitude and mindfulness in a way young children can understand and enjoy.
Core Curriculum
Our main set of lessons for late elementary and middle schoolers, designed around research showing this is the most effective age for building self-esteem and well-being. The lessons combine the science of mindfulness with evidence-based practices and meditations.
Young Adult
Tailored for high school and early college students, this advanced curriculum adds deeper science, reflection, and real-world applications to support resilience and growth.
