Everyday Wisdom delivers two monthly video practices that help you build a sustainable habit of mindfulness. From science to the Stoics, each micro-lesson guides you and your family in cultivating presence, gratitude, and intention.

Sample Lesson
So much of our time is spent replaying the past or worrying about the future. Mindfulness invites us to gently notice our thoughts without judgment, and to find a little more kindness for ourselves.
This lesson introduces you to mindfulness: the practice of paying attention, on purpose, to this very moment.
It ends with a simple Just Notice Breathing Exercise. The exercise invites you to focus your attention on the breath, notice your thoughts when they wander, and return to the present moment.
