The Cheyenne Mountain Family Awareness Network and The Mindfulness and Positivity Project are excited to partner to support you and your family in building a deep love of life. Students and teachers will lead hands-on, evidence-based activities to help those of all ages not just survive, but flourish. In 2025, The MPP trained more than 250 teachers and introduced digital lessons to 83 classrooms and 12 schools across the Pikes Peak Region. Presenting Teachers and Students Include:

  • Ben Dody (CMHS 12th Grader): From Surviving to Flourishing – A Young Man’s Journey Managing His Mental Health

  • Larry Lawson & CMHS Mindfulness Club: Everyday Wisdom – Applying Stoicism to Build a Life You Love

  • Meg Fredrick & D12 Elementary Students: Amplifying Gratitude 

  • The Cramms (BME Teacher & Daughter CMHS 12th Grader): Journaling Practices That Bring Us Closer Together

  • Jeff Kenefsky & CMHS Students:Taming the Wandering Mind – Mindfulness Meditation and Grounding Practices
