Advancing Youth Mental Health in Colorado

Public Release of Independent Research and Panel Discussion

Early results from six Colorado school districts suggest measurable gains in student emotional regulation and educator well-being through MPP’s 48 short, preventative video lessons.

Across more than teachers and 500 students, preliminary data indicates:

  • Increased use of coping and mindfulness strategies

  • Improved student self-awareness and emotional regulation

  • Strong classroom adoption and educator satisfaction

In a time when schools face rising behavioral challenges and educator burnout, this evaluation offers promising insight into scalable, preventative approaches.

Following the presentation, a panel of regional leaders will discuss the future of youth mental health, educator resiliency, and what Colorado schools need next.

Who Should Attend

Media professionals, superintendents, principals, state education leaders, community mental health partners, and philanthropic funders invested in scalable solutions.
