Director of Development

About the Position
The Director of Development leads and executes MPP’s fundraising strategy to support revenue growth and long-term sustainability. This position is responsible for achieving annual fundraising goals through individual donor strategy, grant pipeline management, and corporate partnerships.

This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven fundraiser who is energized by building systems, cultivating community partnerships, and helping take a growing nonprofit to its next stage of impact. The Director of Development will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to strengthen MPP’s financial foundation during a pivotal moment of organizational growth. This position reports to the Executive Director.
